Pilates and Body Conditioning Classes

Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT)

Our Pilates and Body Conditioning classes are taught by our lovely teacher Varushca.

 

During her studies in Musical Theatre through 2003-2006, Varushca trained under Top Condition S.A with Debra Marriott and Andrew Gush in Control Conditioning. A teaching methodology supplementing Pilates Body Control with Body Conditioning. 

 

Her training included:

Basic Anatomy and Physiology

Mechanics of Movement

Pilates 

Mat work (Group and One on One classes)

Reformer

Trapeze Table

Bungee

Ball work  

 

Top Condition S.A training was focused around Rehabilitation and Stress Relief, Cosmetic Body Conditioning and Sports Specific Training, but it was the Rehabilitation and Stress relief side of it that ignited Varushca’s passion to work with bodies of all shapes, sizes and ages.  

Pilates Conditioning is a great way to tone and get back in shape!

 Varushca is excited to add Progressing Ballet Technique to her repertoire of skills. Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) is an innovative body-conditioning and strengthening program that has been designed to enhance students' technique by focussing on training the muscle memory required in each exercise in all forms of dance.
